High-strength non-shrink grouting material
The grouting material is formulated with high-strength materials as aggregates, cement as binding agent, and high fluidity, micro-expansion, anti-segregation and other substances. It can be used after adding a certain amount of water at the construction site and stirring evenly.

Construction steps
. Prepare mixing equipment, grouting equipment, formwork and maintenance items, clean the grouting space and wet the concrete surface in advance.
.Support the formwork and seal the joints of the formwork with cement (sand) slurry and plastic tape to ensure no water or slurry leakage.
.Add -% of the grouting material weight with water and stir (mechanical stirring - minutes, manual stirring for more than 1 minute)
.Pour the evenly stirred grouting material into the grouting part from one direction. If necessary, bamboo strips or steel drills can be used to guide the flow, and the template can be properly vibrated or lightly tapped.
.After the construction is completed, the curing agent should be sprayed immediately or covered with plastic film and covered with straw curtains or quilts for one day of moist curing.
.Using temperature is -℃ to ℃. It is strictly prohibited to mix any additives or external additives into the grouting material.
Packaging, storage and transportation
The grouting material is packed in bags and stored in a ventilated and dry place and protected from direct sunlight.
